How many times do you watch a movie for the first time and then wait for your chance to watch it again. Well I watched this movie for the first time on a english movie channel last saturday night and you won't believe the first thing I did was to check for the repeat of the movie and I did watch it the next day again! First of all congratulations to Kathryn Stockett for ner novel 'The Help' on which this movie is based. Great Story. Then comes acting. Even if you have a good story you need good performance to match it and when the story is great, obviously the cast and acting has to be spot on. Though each and every character played their role to perfection, I must mention Viola Davis as Aibileen Clark and Octavia Spencer as Minny Jackson are superb. If you want a movie to be in your collection than this is a must buy. I am not giving you any idea or hint about the story, because if you have an open mind you will enjoy it more. Watch it.
