The man from Bengal who made it big in bollywood, Hemant Mukherjee popularly known as Hemant Kumar was a singer, composer and producer. Hemant created some of the sweetest music in both bengali and hindi cinema as well as singing beautiful songs.
His first film as music director in hindi cinema was Anandmath (1942).
From today onwards, I will review Hemant's music as well as my favourites with you.
